The Facts of Life is an American television sitcom that ran from August 24, 1979, to May 7, 1988, making it one of the longest-running sitcoms of the '80s. The series was a spin-off of Diff'rent Strokes, the series featured the Drummonds' former housekeeper Edna Garrett becoming the housemother of a dormitory at Eastland School, a private all-girls school in Peekskill, New York.

Magnum, P.I. is the quintessential '80s action show whose magic others have aspired to recreate ever since it's 1980 to 1988 run. The show centered around Thomas Magnum, a Vietnam vet now working as a private investigator in Oahu. He lives in the guest house on a massive estate, where its unseen owner lets Magnum stay in exchange for his services. He is surrounded by an eclectic mix of characters that act as sidekicks who accompany him on his adventures in solving cases around Oahu. The energy of the show was cranked up from the start as the electric guitar riff driven intro took off, interspersed with shots of Magnum and crew in the midst of their adventures, Oahu in the background, waves crashing on the beach.

The A-Team is an American action-adventure television series created by Stephen J. Cannell and Frank Lupo that ran from January 1983 to March 1987. The show focused on former members of a fictitious Special Forces unit known as The A-Team that were court-martialed for a crime they had not committed. They were convicted and sentenced to military prison, but later escaped and began working as soldiers of fortune, while trying to clear their names and avoid capture by authorities. John "Hannibal" Smith, Arthur Templeton "Faceman" Peck, H.M. "Howling Mad" Murdock, and Bosco Albert "B.A." Baracus. Although not part of the military unit, Allen was an intrepid reporter who worked with the team and is considered an additional member.

Created by TV hit maker, Glen A. Larson, Manimal was anything but. The show only lasted eight episodes and has been widely panned as one of the worst shows of all time, but has managed to carve out a cult following over the years. The show centered around Jonathan Chase, who had the ability to transform into animal form, and used that ability to fight crime. Hey, we told you it was bad.

Partners in Crime is an American crime drama TV series set in San Francisco, California, that aired from September 27 to December 29, 1984. The show starred Lynda Carter as Carole and Loni Anderson as Sydney, two women with little in common except sharing Raymond as an ex-husband. When Raymond winds up murdered, Carole and Sydney set out to find his killer and eventually decide to run the detective agency Raymond has left them. Despite having two of TV's hottest stars onboard, the series was set to fail from the start. The show's creator and director was canned after the pilot was completed, which lead to him walking with the writing team and their 13 episode scripts, something that lead to things going downhill after the pilot movie.

Founded by Ralph Matthews and Karl Hassel in Chicago, Illinois, as Chicago Radio Labs in 1918 as a small producer of amateur radio equipment. The name "Zenith" came from ZN'th, a contraction of its founders' ham radio call sign, 9ZN. They were joined in 1921 by Eugene F. McDonald, and Zenith Radio Company was formally incorporated in 1923. The fledgling company soon became known for its high-quality radios and electronic innovations. Zenith introduced the first portable radio in 1924 and would go on to innovate and define the home television market. Zenith pioneered high-contrast, flat-face picture tubes, and the multichannel television sound (MTS) stereo system, and was one of the first companies to introduce a digital HDTV system.
