Letterkenny Modeans

MoDean's, in its various incarnations, is a primary setting of Letterkenny. Operated by Gail, it is the only bar in town and as such a popular spot for the Hicks and the hockey players. The Skids can be found there too from time to time—as can degens from upcountry, who inflict much damage on MoDean's II until Gail hires her cousin Bradley to serve as a bouncer. Gail's establishments are fire-prone. The original MoDean's Roadhouse burned down under circumstances that are never explained, leaving Letterkenny without a bar. Gail opens a new establishment as MoDean's II, hiring Bonnie McMurray and Glen for waitstaff.

The Letterkenny Irish Senior Hockey Club, more popularly known simply as the Letterkenny Irish, were a Senior A ice hockey team based at the Letterkenny Memorial Arena. Reilly and Jonesy joined the Irish after they were cut from the Letterkenny Shamrocks in their overage year. In addition to them, there were at least ten other players on the team.

The Ag Hall is operated by the Letterkenny Agricultural Society, and hosting events there is a major source of income for the society. It is the largest such venue in town, hosting events that cannot be accommodated by the Legion or the youth center ("Rave"). The hall is governed by a board of directors of which McMurray is president, although Wayne, at the behest of Jim Dickens, served for a short stint.

The Letterkenny Shamrockettes are a women's ice hockey team based at the Letterkenny Memorial Arena. Their classification is unclear, but their name, colors, and logo suggest they are the female counterpart to the junior Letterkenny Shamrocks. Unlike the Shamrocks and the Irish, the Shamrockettes had enjoyed great success, winning back-to-back championships. In the process, however, they had a habit of driving away coaches. When the Irish folded, the Coach took over their operation, and recruited Reilly and Jonesy as his assistants.

The Letterkenny Shamrocks are a Junior B men's ice hockey team whose home ice is the Letterkenny Memorial Arena. Reilly, Jonesy, and Shoresy played for the Letterkenny Shamrocks under the direction of the Coach. The team was not successful, racking up ten losses in a row at one point. In Jonesy's estimation Brooksy was their best player, but he was out for 4 to 6 weeks for treatment of a hernia

This comedy series showcases the antics of the residents of Letterkenny, a small rural community in Canada. Siblings Wayne and Katy run a small farm and produce stand, with Wayne's friends Daryl and "Squirrely" Dan helping out. Many of the town's inhabitants fall into one of several groups, which include the farmers, or "hicks," the out-of-towners on the local hockey team, the local drug addicts and the "natives," who are members of the local First Nation. "Letterkenny" began its life as a YouTube series called "Letterkenny Problems."

The Ukrainian Centre is a setting of Letterkenny in Season 5. The official name of the establishment is unclear; the sign behind the bar reads Letterkenny Ukrainian Centre, but the sign outside the building calls it the Letterkenny Ukrainian Hall. After MoDean's II burned down, Letterkenny was again left without a bar. Gail moved her operation to the Ukrainian Centre, and operates a watering hole there, assisted by Bonnie McMurray. The establishment had not been mentioned previously.
