Seventeen Seventy is one of the very few towns named for a number. It was named for Captain Cook's landing at that location in 1770. Today it is a small tourist town in the north of Queensland. This shirt makes mockery of the many shirts sporting the name of a famous city. The centre image comes from a map drawn by Cook showing the approximate location.
