Shoyo Hinata may be shorter than usual but he can fly his way to the Spring Tournament Nationals alongside Tobio Kageyama. Ittetsu Takeda is the manager of the Karasuno High's volleyball club, essentially he does all the admin work including securing volleyball matches for Hinata, Kageyama and co. Takeda is both a light touch but firm with his students when necessary. Through out the seasons he has delivered motivational speeches and enlightening words of wisdom when the team has felt disheartened. His biggest contribuions have been the recruitment of Coach Ukai and securing important training camps for the team to build on their talents and compete against other great teams in Japan.
