The Goodies

The Goodies Design is inspired by the classic TV comedy featuring the trio of British comedians Bill Oddie, Graeme Garden and Tim Brooke-Taylor. Combining surreal sketches and situation comedy, The Goodies was a mainstay of the television schedules throughout the 70's and early 80's. The series revolved around the trio, always short of money, offering themselves for hire — with the tagline "We Do Anything, Anytime, Anywhere" — to perform all sorts of ridiculous but generally benevolent tasks. Under this loose pretext, the show explored all sorts of off-the-wall scenarios for comedic potential.

I created this tshirt specially for myself. I grew up watching The Goodies in the evenings when I was young, and still smile thinking about the classic episodes now. Ecky Thump! Perfect if you're a fan of laughing at stupid stuff, giant cats, pudding, beans, string and classic tv comedies.
