The 44th Medical Brigade deployed to Vietnam in April 1966, where it participated in 15 of the 17 campaigns in which US Forces were involved. These campaigns included Counteroffensives Phase I-VII, Tet Counteroffensive, Tet 69 Counteroffensive, Summer-Fall 69, Winter-Spring 70, Sanctuary Counteroffensive, Consolidation I and II, and Cease Fire.
