The A-Team is an American action-adventure television series created by Stephen J. Cannell and Frank Lupo that ran from January 1983 to March 1987. The show focused on former members of a fictitious Special Forces unit known as The A-Team that were court-martialed for a crime they had not committed. They were convicted and sentenced to military prison, but later escaped and began working as soldiers of fortune, while trying to clear their names and avoid capture by authorities. John "Hannibal" Smith, Arthur Templeton "Faceman" Peck, H.M. "Howling Mad" Murdock, and Bosco Albert "B.A." Baracus. Although not part of the military unit, Allen was an intrepid reporter who worked with the team and is considered an additional member.

The Love Boat was an American dramedy tv series set on the luxury cruise ship, S.S. Pacific Princess, which ran May 5, 1977 until Feb 27, 1987, plus, four three-hour long specials aired in 1986, 1987, and 1990. The series revolves around the ship's captain Merrill Stubing and a handful of its crew, with several passengers—played by various guest star actors for each episode—having romantic and humorous adventures. It was part of ABC's popular Saturday-night lineup of the time, which also included Fantasy Island until that series ended two years earlier in 1984.

Founded by Ralph Matthews and Karl Hassel in Chicago, Illinois, as Chicago Radio Labs in 1918 as a small producer of amateur radio equipment. The name "Zenith" came from ZN'th, a contraction of its founders' ham radio call sign, 9ZN. They were joined in 1921 by Eugene F. McDonald, and Zenith Radio Company was formally incorporated in 1923. The fledgling company soon became known for its high-quality radios and electronic innovations. Magnum, P.I. is the quintessential '80s action show whose magic others have aspired to recreate ever since it's 1980 to 1988 run. The show centered around Thomas Magnum, a Vietnam vet now working as a private investigator in Oahu. He lives in the guest house on a massive estate, where its unseen owner lets Magnum stay in exchange for his services. He is surrounded by an eclectic mix of characters that act as sidekicks who accompany him on his adventures in solving cases around Oahu. The energy of the show was cranked up from the start as the electric guitar riff driven intro took off, interspersed with shots of Magnum and crew in the midst of their adventures, Oahu in the background, waves crashing on the beach.

“From Africa’s deepest recesses to the rarefied peaks of Tibet, heir to his father’s legacy and the world’s darkest mysteries. Jonathan Chase, master of the secrets that divide man from animal, animal from man… Manimal!” So goes the intro narration for the short-lived action-adventure series, Manimal. Created by TV hit maker, Glen A. Larson, Manimal was anything but. The show only lasted eight episodes and has been widely panned as one of the worst shows of all time, but has managed to carve out a cult following over the years. The show centered around Jonathan Chase, who had the ability to transform into animal form, and used that ability to fight crime. Hey, we told you it was bad.
