Here's the story...of a Time Lord and sometimes Lady...showing up in places causing trouble.

You blow up one or two planets and suddenly everyone starts calling you a villain...what is this universe coming to? So what if some species don't understand your motivations or like your tactics...you like things the way you like them and what you like most is victory. What's so wrong with that?
