So much to say about this design. Let me put the Harry Potter thing to bed first: I got sorted into Hufflepuff, and if you've read the supplemental material, you'll know that bravery is absolutely a characteristic of this humble house; we're just not as showy about it as Gryffindor. But, badgers, man! Badgers mean a lot to me, and they have even before I was sorted- I have a little figurine of a badger that was my card protector when I was playing professional poker. They don't look like much, but they're fierce when provoked. I think the badger is a great mascot to have.

Members of the Hogwarts community that are injured at school are usually treated in the Hospital Wing by Madam Pomfrey, the school matron. However, some cases are serious enough that the individual must be sent to St Mungo's Hospital for more advanced treatment. It appears that the hospital serves the entire wizarding population of Great Britain. Although the "department store" building housing the hospital may be relatively small, this is not an indication of the true capacity of a magical building.

Gringotts Wizarding Bank is the only bank of the wizarding world, and is owned and operated by goblins. It was created by a goblin called Gringott, in 1474. In addition to storing money and valuables for wizards and witches, one can go there to exchange Muggle money for wizarding money. The currency exchanged by Muggles is later returned to circulation in the Muggle world by goblins. According to Rubeus Hagrid, other than Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Gringotts is the safest place in the wizarding world. The motto of Gringotts Wizarding Bank is Fortius Quo Fidelius, a Latin phrase that means "Strength through loyalty"

The Brightest Witch of Her Age picked up the language quite easily from her family's trip to France. She's forced to put those skills to the test when Fleur Delacour comes asking for the bouillabaisse. Being among the smartest among their respective years gives them lots to talk about.

Mr Mulpepper's Apothecary was a shop in Diagon Alley which sold potion ingredients. It was established in 1106, and was located directly next door to its competitor Slug & Jiggers Apothecary. One could buy a Potion Kit Bag here for a charge of 10 sickles and Cleaning Solutions & Restorative Draughts could also be purchased here. Another shop was located in Knockturn Alley.
