This cute design lets you walk around with some spare little spoons (cause you never know when you might run out). This sweet little pocket full of spoons is a friendly reminder that we spoonies run on very little energy... and we could always use some more spare spoons!

This design features what life with a chronic illness is like in stick figure form. Flare days are common for people with chronic illnesses, where symptoms of their condition are at their worst.

Sometimes when you have an invisible chronic illness, you have that incredible urge to say your feelings out loud! With these straight to the point phases, you can look awesome whilst also stating your inner thoughts and feelings for the whole world to see. Why hide behind a fake smile, suffer in silence and tediously explain why you 'don't look sick' but feel sick? It's not fair, So let's state the obvious!
