The Hi De Hi Gladys Pugh Design celebrates the classic British sitcom featuring the staff and campers at the fictional Maplins holiday camp. Ruth Madoc played the central role of chief yellowcoat Gladys Pugh in Hi De Hi for 8 years.

Hi-De-Hi was an award winning sitcom by David Croft and Jimmy Perry, running from 1980 to 1988. Set in a fictional holiday camp during the late 50's and early 60's, the series starred Simon Cadell, Paul Shane, Ruth Madoc and Su Pollard. The Maplin's Holiday Camp design is inspired by the classic comedy and features a redesigned Maplin's logo.
