1981's Evil Dead is an American supernatural horror film centered around five friends who travel to a cabin in the woods, where they unknowingly release flesh-possessing demons by way of the Necronomicon Ex-Mortis, an ancient Sumerian text which wreaks havoc upon them all.

An original design I made for Sam Raimi's "Evil Dead" movie. I based its style off of those old car manuals that you'd see back in the day, of course featuring an Oldsmobile just as seen in the movie. This one has Raimi's name in black instead of red, which appears on my other version of this design. If you're interested, I did two more of these types of designs for the series; one for "Evil Dead 2" and one for "Army of Darkness." Both of those follow a similar concept which is taken in two very different directions.

A design inspired by Raimi's "Army of Darkness." I also made a version of this design that shows up on lighter-colored backgrounds, so check that out if darker colors aren't your style. V2 of this design is a little bit cleaner, but it doesn't feature the necronomicons like this one does.
