NATIONAL DAUPHIN DAY
Every year, on April 14, people from across the country participate in the National Dolphin Day.
Dolphins are cetacean mammals related to whales and porpoises.
The distance is 4 feet up to 30 feet; Dolphins are among nearly forty species in 17 genera.
Found around the world, they prefer the shallower seas of continental shelves.
As carnivores, their diet consists mainly of fish and squid.
