The Shadow Collective was a criminal alliance founded during the Clone Wars by Darth Maul at the behest of Mother Talzin. Among its goals, it sought to defeat both the Confederacy of Independent Systems and the Galactic Republic. During the war, Maul rallied the forces of Death Watch, Black Sun, the Pyke Syndicate, the Hutt Clan, and the Nightbrothers to form a base of power. The Shadow Collective worked alongside Maul as he enacted a plan of revenge against Darth Sidious, but began to fragment after the Hutts abandoned him, with the Pykes and Black Sun severing ties following their defeat at the hands of the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Enfys Nest was a female human who led the Cloud-Riders, a band of pirates and rebels during the reign of the Galactic Empire. At some point, Nest came across Tobias Beckett and Han Solo. Nest wore a battle helmet and was an extremely dangerous marauder who quickly forged an infamous reputation.

After we find out that Han sacrificed himself for his son Ben; he will turn to the light side and in Episode 9 say this very line!

When he isn't enjoying some Lagavulin he is smuggling for the Hutts!

He won the Kessel Run in less a than twelve parsecs -- he's kind of a big deal.

Until we reach the last edge, the last opening, the last star, and can go no higher.
