I heard Bernie give a speech yesterday at a rally in Washington, DC. I actually pulled my car over and parked in a lot to watch and listen to the whole thing. The crowd chanted his name at one point, and he stopped them and said, with all sincerity, “It's not about Bernie, it's about all of us together.” That was something I wanted to hold onto, so I made this design.

I was listening to the great Invisibilia podcast from NPR on “the Secret Lives of Clothes” and they were discussing the power of clothes and a simple experiment where subjects say the color of a word they’re shown, but the word is the name of a different color. This proved pretty tricky for some folks, and I thought of this as a sort of simple mindfuck.
