After finally getting around to watching the Best Picture nominee, I was blown away and had to create my own Alternative Movie Poster for the film.

I fell in love with this wonderful film after seeing it with my two best friends on our last night in New York City. Once I got home I just had to capture that moment in some special way.

Directed by Christopher Nolan and featuring a star studded cast, this alternate movie poster for the movie 'Interstellar' draws from the two overlapping themes of the movie; Spaceflight, as well as love.

This show has easily become one of my favourites since its release. Here is my own take on the themes of the show and the main character 'Elliot" in this poster.

Inspired by the themes of the film Memento, I created this portrait of Guy Pearce's character Leonard Shelby. The polaroids symbolise the characters lack of memory in the film and are used as an interesting compositional choice.

I decided to illustrate this scene from the movie Interstellar because for one; it is one of my favourite scenes, and two; it is so full of emotion and expression that I just wanted to capture it in its beauty.
