To undertake this therapy, people choose the four colour combinations that most strongly appeal to them in order of preference. Each of these choices has a particular interpretation, for example the first combination shows how people see themselves and the second the problems they face. Other colour therapies are based on the belief that the frequency, or rate of vibration of the light that forms each colour, can interact with vibrational frequencies supposedly found within the body.
