This lovely is a cute Jaffa Cake! Based off a spongy based handheld cake filled with orange jelly, and topped with chocolate. I came up with these Sweet Fairies a couple of years ago, and they are an ongoing project. I have 29 completed so far of all sorts of sweet treats from lots of different cultures (well I think so anyways). They are all in the style of a waitress/ maid for an extra cute factor.
