This picture is a print from my original watercolor painting. Half Dome in Winter is painted with gouache watercolor in the Photo-realism style. I took a photograph while I was up on a trail across the Yosemite Valley from Half Dome, and used the small photo as a reference to paint the picture. This is a great gift for the outdoor enthusiast.

Traditional bell tower and Church dome towering over the village of Pyrgos, Santorini, Greece. The architecture of Santorini is predominantly low lying cubical houses made of local stone and whitewashed or limewashed with various volcanic ashes used as colours. Many houses have rooms carved into the rock which helps with insulation in both summer and winter. Santorini is the largest island of the circular archipeligo which bears its name and is a remnant of a volcanic caldera which erupted some 3,600 years ago. Greek Islands. Design based on a photo I took during one of my visits to Florence. It depicts the interior of Cappella dei Pazzii, with the detail of the ceiling.

There are many ambiguous and dubious things in the modern world. However, fortunately, we still have unshakable truths and sacred places. One of such great places is The United States Capitol. The painting is painted in oil on canvas with a stretcher. Coating with varnish. Completely handmade.

The Duomo di Siena in Italy is spectacular and don't miss to see it when you are there. Construction on the cathedral began in 1196 and was completed in 1348. Since then it has be used as a Roman Catholic Marian Church and houses many important paintings and sculptures. The church of the Val-de-Grâce was built by order of Queen Anne of Austria, wife of Louis XIII of France. After the birth of her son Louis XIV, Anne (previously childless after 23 years of marriage) showed her gratitude to the Virgin Mary by building a church on the land of a Benedictine convent. The church of the Val-de-Grâce, designed by François Mansart and Jacques Lemercier, is considered by some as Paris's best example of baroque architecture (curving lines, elaborate ornamentation and harmony of different elements). Eternal Love- Rose in a Glass Ball The design features a realistically rendered rose encased in a clear glass sphere. The sphere gives the design an aesthetically pleasing depth and a certain mystique. The rose is presented in bold colors and adds a romantic touch to the design.

The Allan Gardens Conservatory Palm House at 19 Horticultural Ave in Toronto Canada. The conservatory was built in 1879. In 1902, a fire destroyed the Horticultural Pavilion and parts of the conservatory. It's replacement, the cast iron and glass domed Palm House opened in 1910 and stands on the site today. It hosts a permanent collection of exotic plants and presents seasonal flower shows. Original photography from 2016 using a Canon EOS 60D body with a Sigma 17-70mm f2.8 DC Macro OS lens. My Imagination.

West Register House in Edinburgh, Scotland. Located on the west side of Edinburgh's Charlotte Square at the west end of George Street, West Register House was built in 1811 as St George's Church, to the design by Robert Adam (1728-92), although much modified by Robert Reid (1774 - 1856) who was tasked with the actual construction. The church was planned originally as an integral part of James Craig's proposals for the New Town (1766), although the symmetry of that scheme was disrupted when the land was not available to built St. George's mirror on St. Andrew's Square at the east end of George Street.

Florence's Duomo is the city's most iconic landmark. Capped by Filippo Brunelleschi's red-tiled cupola, it's a staggering construction whose breathtaking pink, white and green marble facade and graceful campanile (bell tower) dominate the medieval cityscape. Sienese architect Arnolfo di Cambio began work on it in 1296, but construction took almost 150 years and it wasn't consecrated until 1436. I took this photo on a visit there and gave it a painterly treatment in CC and Topaz.
