Aside from Florida Man, two of the most common here are skunk apes and aliens. The outskirts of the Everglades is home to the southernmost Bigfoot in the US - the Skunk Ape. On the other end of the state, Gulf Breeze Florida has become a mecca for UFO sightings - even having a local, "pet" UFO named Bubba. (I may, or may not, have had an experience with Bubba as a child.) This shirt is a celebration of weird from one end of the state to the other.

The amabie is a mythological Japanese creature. Rising from the sea, this scaled, long-haired, beaked & three-legged creature has the ability to forecast harvest. According to legend, if an image of the amabie is shown to the ill, they will be cured. This is my interpretation, where it's actually a mermaid wearing a mask who appeared.
