Another image just sat on my hard-drive gathering dust doing very little until prompted to post... I captured this quite some years ago... I was sat in my backyard overlooking into the thicket of jungle scrub ~ whilst on the Island of Borneo, in Brunei. It had been raining quite heavily the night before... It was hot, say 34 degrees C and quite humid but fresh... I watched as this Coucal, was enjoying a spot of sun bathing - drying out its wings and feathers after the nights heavy deluge. He didn't move, he just stayed there - so I went to grab my camera.
