At golden hour, the beach was peaceful and tranquil. The warm, golden glow of the setting sun illuminated the sand and waves, creating a soothing atmosphere.

Life has its ups and downs. Rather than focus on any one up or down I encourage you to examine your life through the lens of trends. Rather than becoming discouraged when you don't like an outcome, ask yourself: Am I pleased with the direction I'm headed? If you are pleased with the way your life is trending, you don't have to be miffed about short term setbacks, your path is still overall in the right direction. And if you aren't pleased then just make a few course corrections and you should be good to go. I don't believe in failures, I believe life is a cumulative effort.
