This is a digitally altered photograph of a pair of irises growing in my front garden. They look like the same plant but it must be two separate plants growing very close to each other as the flowers were so different.

Inspired by Moorcroft pottery, painted with watercolours after drawing outlines with wax to imitate the tube lining found on Moorcroft pottery. Watercolours on hot pressed Fabriano Artistico extra white paper.
