Hercule Poirot Murder Investigation Unit Taken at a 1940's weekend this lookalike of Hercule Poirot was spot on Woodhall Spa 1940's weekend 4/08/2013 Lincolnshire Village UK England. Local residents dressed in traditional 1940's war time outfits of the era along with war vehicles and cars. Hercule Poirot is a fictional Belgian detective created by British writer Agatha Christie. Inside The Willys Jeep Willys trademarked the "Jeep" name, turned the MB into the civilian Jeep CJ models, and Jeep became its own brand. The 1945 Willys Jeep was the world's first mass-produced civilian four-wheel drive car. The Willys Jeep was and probably is one of the most versatile vehicles for the US army during WW2. Blue Car In Havana, Cuba American cars were imported into Cuba for about 50 years, beginning near the early 20th century. After the Cuban Revolution, the U.S. embargo was erected and Castro banned the importation of American cars and mechanical parts. That's why Cuba is the way it is today—essentially a living museum for classic cars. I just loved the blue car against the blue background it really makes a change from trying to find a contrast of colours. There is a square version on my Cuba page with this car on but I thought it deserved the full landscape treatment as this car was almost painted with the same paint pot as it's surroundings. Barafundle Bay Beach Rocks, Pembrokeshire, Wales Barafundle Bay (Welsh: Bae Barafundle) is a remote, slightly curved, east-facing sandy beach, near Stackpole Quay in Pembrokeshire, Wales. It is part of the Stackpole Estate, managed by The National Trust. The beach was once owned by the Cawdor family of Stackpole Court. Amroth Village And Pebble Beach This stunning, quaint, little village on the South West coast of Pembrokeshire, Wales is a gem of a find. The beach is stunning and is framed by the stones that surround the top edge of the sand. Amroth is a half mile long, flat, sandy beach. There’s a huge expanse of sand at low tide for all sorts of beach games. Rockpools can be found at the western end. There are groynes at the top of the beach.
