My take of the Phantom of the Opera in his Red Death Appearence. I try to base my artwork on the novel of Gaston Leroux as much as possible, in this case this artwork is part of a modern retelling of the Phantom of the Opera.

"Got a blank space where my mind should be" --what do these words (from Phish's song titled Stealing Time From the Faulty Plan) mean to you? I think of the relief and joy I feel when my head empties as I'm whirling around in an ecstatic dance at a Phish show.
