Tasty gourmet chanterelle mushrooms with fiddlehead ferns and douglas fir cones and twigs in a lovely symmetrical diamond shape. This is also available in a damask tiled pattern in my shop.

I am nothing if not resilient

After casting a pinecone in melted wax, it is cut in half. The cut side was slightly melt to reveal the brittle edges of the pine cone to make a print of the intricate section.

And all at once, summer collapsed into fall : )
