Encased in a harrowing cactus costume, its design intended to exude cheerfulness now bears the visage of profound fear and shock. The once-smiling mouth now agape, and its hollow, black eyes betray a sense of terror. The gender and age of "Cactus" remain elusive, concealed within the confines of the costume. Despite suspicions of a person within, hospital staff have been unable to open the cactus costume, leaving the entity's true identity shrouded in mystery. Silent and unresponsive, "Cactus" emits an aura of disquieting unease.

Subject Patient: Code Name - "Martian Sister" / Patient 030 Summary Description: "Martian Sister" is a female patient who firmly believes herself to be an inhabitant of Mars. Her appearance is strikingly different from that of a typical human, as her face is composed of a mask-like structure or accessories. This unique visage includes five large crystal-like insect eyes and a long tubular organ identified as her mouth by hospital staff. She sports a short bob cut for her hair. Despite her insistence on her Martian origins, her claims have left psychiatric hospital staff and doctors with more questions than answers.

Subject Patient: Code Name - "Alpaca" / Patient 004 Summary Description: Alpaca, of unknown age and gender, presents a surreal and unsettling visage. His image is that of an alpaca with the face of a male human, its blank expression fixated on the observer. This hybrid creature defies conventional understanding, blurring the boundaries between human and animal. Its presence evokes a sense of unease and confusion, as if peering into a distorted reflection of reality.

Featuring the obscure imagery and aesthetics of occult and esoteric reference combined with the dream-like and elegant illustrative design of the Art Nouveau movement. The visions conjured up through Occult Nouveau are reminiscent of the half-remembered hypnogogic manifestations seen in the state between waking and sleeping - they can be both beautiful and dark, intricate and mystifying - often recalling the archetypal images of antique tarot cards or ancient lost cathedrals.
