Mac's Famous Bar 1952 Kids Hoodie

Mac's Famous Bar was a Daytona Beach institution for decades, playing host to everyone from beachgoers and local drunks to race car drivers and bike week attendees. Their prime location right off the beach made them a natural spot for folks to gather after a day at the beach or even during, as Mac's was also a full-service package store selling liquor and beer to go. They were also a spot for the hardcore drinkers, opening at 6 am and offering free bloody marys to anyone who was there when they opened the door. In the early days of racing at Daytona International Speedway, you'd find many of the drivers here after a race (and sometimes before) knocking back a few beers.
