Snow Monkey Sees Your Soul Kids Hoodie

I painted this snow monkey for a themed show; the theme being Winter. I love themed shows because they push me out of my comfort zone. I don't think I would have thought to paint a monkey otherwise. I loved painting it. I did it in watercolor with soft, wet fur and harder, more define lines in the face. I spent a lot of time getting the vibrance of the skin just the way I wanted it, and finding the life in its eyes. I hope Snow Monkey offers you calming energy and wise guidance during hectic times.
