Mountain Rainbow - Pastels Kids Hoodie

Hand drawn illustration of an abstract rainbow (artwork comes in 4 different colors - check shop for more). The idea came from mixing the angled geometric lines of a mountain with the curved shapes of a rainbow. Rainbows are fleeting and depending on regional weather can be uncommon and I like the idea of trying to capture a rainbow and tape it down to have it last longer. Mixing all of these ideas together and letting the colors speak for themselves is how I came to create this piece. I added a halftone behind the piece to give it some shading but also allow the print to not be 'bulking' (the polka dots help break up the colors / print / paint - instead of a solid color). This artwork was drawn by hand and turned into a vector piece.
