Black Death Malt Liquor is a fictional brand of bottom-shelf alcoholic beverages that came to popularity thanks to being one of WKRP's Doctor Johnny Fever's favorite t-shirts. This handmade recreation of Johnny's t-shirt features a realistic vintage treatment with ample wear and tear to give it a genuine '70s vibe.

Dean Martin is an American singer, actor and comedian. He became famous in the 1950s and 1960s. He made a career in film and music from 1940 to 1989.

Inspired by the show

The New York Rovers were a senior ice hockey team that was established in 1935. They played in the Eastern Hockey League as a farm team of the New York Rangers. The Rovers played alongside the Rangers in Madison Square Garden. They played in the Eastern League through 1947–48. When the EHL took a break for the 1948–49 season, the Rovers played in the Quebec Senior Hockey League until the EHL resumed for the 1949–50 season. The Rovers folded in 1952 because of a dispute over television rights.

A wonderful coloured publicity photograph of the famous child star of the 1930’s and 1940’s.

The Storz Brewing Company was located at 1807 North 16th Street in North Omaha, Nebraska. Storz Brewing began in 1876 by Gottlieb Storz and was owned by the Storz family until 1966; the brewery ceased operations in 1972. Their beers won several prizes in international competitions, and Storz was the top selling brand in Nebraska starting in World War II. Storz was one of the "Big 4" brewers located in Omaha, which also included the Krug, Willow Springs and Metz breweries.

This is a vintage WPA poster designed by the state of Illinois for National Letter Writing Week, which ran from October 1 thru October 7th. There's also a slogan stating "That letter will be appreciated". This would be a great poster for a teacher's classroom, college campus or other place where writing letters to others is encouraged!

Remembering the wonderful Telechron clocks. Founded by Henry Ellis Warren in 1912, Telechron introduced the synchronous electric clock, which keeps time by the oscillations of the alternating current electricity that powers it from the electric power grid. Telechron had its heyday between 1925 and 1955, when it sold millions of electric clocks. Telechron sought to produce clocks whose designs reflected one of the fundamental principles of the Art Deco movement: to combine modern engineering (including mass-production) with the beauty of simple geometric shapes. Thus, Telechron clocks are often considered genuine pieces of art—but art affordable by all, as thousands of them were made.
