The Albatwitch is one of several local legends in the area of Columbia, Pennsylvania in Lancaster County. It is essentially a 4 foot tall bigfoot-like cryptid that seems to hold residence near Chickies Rock. The Albatwitch gets its name as a shortening of the label “apple-snitch” because they have a taste for apples. This is paying homage to the lesser known, weirder folklore of beloved locations.
