Printed Kids Hoodies

I've been making some solar prints using keys and I was struck by how interesting the keys looked after they had just been inked before actually becoming a solar print, so I decided to take a photograph of the process and when I saw it I really liked it, hope you do too.

This is my Tangled Collage 4 - Collaged Monoprint with Tangling which has been edited to remove the white background in order to allow background colours to show through. Whilst I cannot edit the colour choices on t shirts I can edit the background colours on many other items. This is a section of a larger painting, but I rather liked it and thought it might look good on some of the homeware products.

I get a bit sick of red, green and white at Xmas, so this is a Xmas card with different colours that was created as a monoprint on a gelli plate using acrylic paints. The text has been digitally added using Photoshop, t shirt,

This started its life as a monoprint called The Diver's View. I was doing a little bit of dabbling on photoshop and feeling I need some COLOUR!!!! This is the result - my little red bubble on Redbubble and there is nothing subtle or tonal about it. If you want to stand out in the crowd then I reckon this will do the trick! Seeing that bath mat and shower curtain in the morning will be enough to wake anybody up.

Decided to mess around with my Black and White drawing Art about Art so I coloured it in digitally and tried to keep the rough look by leaving some bits of white in the colour here and there, same as is in the black lines. Won't win any art prizes methinks, but should look OK on an apron one would do art in! Other products with this design are also available at Heatherian on Society6.

For the original of this print please see Flower in Black Square (Original Colour Print). I have recently done a series of hand pulled gelli prints onto fabric instead of paper using acrylic paints. I like the textured effect the fabric gives to the print. Although I like the original print, I recognize people have different colour preferences and so I have digitally altered the original print so as to offer a choice of colors to my customers, in this case more subdued autumn tonings.

This was made using coloured inks on synethetic yupo paper.

Xmas Baubles 5 - Gelli Plate Print and Ink

This item was created using a gelli plate, a lino cut and then hand drawn ink overlay.

Under the Sea 2 is a print produced on an etched metal (zinc) plate. It represents the water and ocean marine life (top layer), sand and sediment (middle layer) and the deeper tectonically formed layers under the ocean bed (bottom layer).

This is a photograph I took at the Canberra Balloon Festival of one of the balloons that was taking part.

This Xmas Card design was created using a lino cut and a gelli plate.

This started out as a black and white drawing which I have then scanned, inverted and digitally coloured. I wanted it to look a little textured, so I made it transparent and used one of my textured patterns a background.

This is a hand pulled monoprint, upon which I have made a few subtle digital alterations to make it more vibrant.

Three Cosmic Birds was originally a hand pulled monoprint printed onto fine white fabric. This image is one that I have digitally altered from my original print in order to offer some different colour variations of the original image..

Flowers are the Universe Expressing Her Joy - Heather Holland 17 Aug 2020. I wanted to say something about how happy flowers make me feel. I thought I'd make the Universe a "Her" as it creates life.
