If we hold onto the stories from the past, it limits us from expanding into the future. Every single thing in our lives has molded us, yet it is our choices that will shape us into something more authentic and original not repeating patterns. Our lives are growing through conscious understanding having experiences all day. Doesn’t matter if you are aware or not. It’s still happening. The S curve is a good analogy of this. There are always outliers pulling in each direction equally to gain traction. It’s the middle or large collective masses that drives the shift. Once it leans and starts to move in a direction that’s the shift and belief turns into faith with action backing it up.
