BiBi's was a bar in downtown Los Angeles established sometime before 2049. Outside of the bar, Wallace food stations full of processed synthetic food could be purchased. Flanking both sides of the bar (implied to be part of the bar) were rooms with clouded glass where people could have sex. LAPD Blade Runner K, after his meeting with Luv at the Wallace Corporation to investigate the identity of a long deceased replicant, situated himself outside of BiBi's. The doxie Mariette and her compatriots, just outside of BiBi's, were tasked by Freysa Sadeghpour to find out what K knew about the replicant's child.

“Share and Enjoy” is of course the slogan of the Sirius Cybernetics Corporation Complaints Division and was displayed in three mile high illuminated letters near the SCCCD which now covers the major land mass of three medium sized planets. Unfortunately its weight was such that shortly after it was erected it collapsed and dropped nearly half its length. The protruding upper halves of the letters now appear, in the local language, to read “go stick your head in a pig” and are no longer illuminated except at times of special celebration.

The Austin Motor Company Limited was a British manufacturer of motor vehicles, founded in 1905 by Herbert Austin. In 1952 it was merged with Morris Motors Limited in the new holding company British Motor Corporation (BMC) Limited, keeping its separate identity. The marque Austin was used until 1987. The trademark is currently owned by the Chinese firm SAIC Motor, after being transferred from bankrupt subsidiary Nanjing Automotive which had acquired it with MG Rover Group in July 2005.

During the Galactic Civil War, the Alliance to Restore the Republic used Golan DF.9s on the planet Hoth during its fight against the Galactic Empire there. Golan Arms also produced the SP.9, a mobile artillery piece utilized by the Imperial Artillery Corps of the Galactic Empire.
