The Jagdterrier, also known as the Deutscher Jagdterrier or German Hunt Terrier, is a courageous and hardworking little fellow. They’re very sociable and easy to train especially when it comes to hunting in which their small size makes them good for chasing, flushing, and treeing. They’re a relatively young breed created by breeding Old English Fox Terriers with a variety of black and tan hunting terriers for the perfect size and ability. The Jagdterrier comes in three different coat types; smooth, rough, and broken which is about halfway between the two. They’re little dogs with big personalities!

The Bull Mastiff is a guard dog created in the 1700s by breeding the English Mastiff and the Old English Bulldog. This combination was to maximize strength and size but also balance the aggressive Bulldog with the more gentle Mastiff. Known as the Gamekeeper's Night Dog, they were reliable guards and are still used as guarding dogs to this day.

A companion of kings, this breed dates back to the middle ages with ties to ancient Turkey and Tibet guarding livestock with patience and valor. Hungarian King Matthias I respected the breed so much, he counted his Kuvasz more trustworthy than his palace guards for protection against traitors. The plural of Kuvasz is Kuvaszok pronounced coo-va-sock (the singular is pronounced coo-vass) and comes from a misspelling of the word turkish word "Kawasz" which means "armed guard"
