A single shot of a converted mill building at Leeds Waterfront, the frame was straighten in ACR to remove the 'leaning backwards' perspective and to make the image vertical and remove converging lines. The contrast and exposure was tweaked a little then the frame transferred to Topaz Labs Glow filter through PS CC 2015 whereupon the neon pre-set was used at the starting point for the final finish found here.
