taken by me in Rome, Italy in June 2019! It was my first time shooting (or traveling, for that matter) out of the USA. This is one of the monuments that I took a photo of and immediately forgot the name of after walking away. Rome is one of those tourist cities that will throw so much information at you in such a short amount of time - my brain was short-circuiting. Anywho, the detail in this work is breath-taking and I'm so lucky to have been able to capture it. ♡

She meets Baron Robin Fitzwalter (later known as Robin Hood) in time to see Baynard's Castle torched by King John. Robin comforts his daughter Matilda while the Castle burns in the night. I was in tears with all that had happened so quickly. Alfred and the others comforted me as best they could. I could hear the others making plans. The knights would gather at a meeting place and decide what to do. All the servants would go to relatives in London Town. They explained that London was filled with refugees from burnt-out lands. We know that bears, while not wearing funny hats, do this, but what about the pope?

The Laocoon sculpture group is one of the most famous in all of art history. The emotion in it's subjects faces marks as a masterpiece of Hellenistic art. In the myth told by Homer and countless others, Laocoon was a Trojan priest who told the Trojans to "Beware Greeks baring gifts" and threw his spear into the side of the Trojan Horse where the Greeks were hiding, ready to attack the Trojans. The Gods, wanting the Greeks to win the war once and for all, sent a sea monster to punish Laocoon and his sons. Today, the sculpture can be seen in the Vatican.

The Bible teaches Jesus of Nazareth, Jesus Christ, is the Son of God, and Second Person of the Most Holy Trinity. His foster father was St Joseph a Jewish Carpenter. He was Conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Christmas. Jesus is the central figure of Christianity. Jesus is the central figure of the Universal Church, AKA Catholic Church, the world's largest religion, Christians believe he is the incarnation of God and the awaited messiah, Savior of the World, Savior, the Christ prophesied in the Hebrew Bible.
