Your Anxiety is Lying to You Grim Reaper Can I be really honest here? No one, and I mean no one, thinks about you as much you do. I'm not saying that to be mean, it's true about you, it's true about me. Internalizing that idea is SO freeing! To really understand that your anxiety is lying to you, is liberating. No one is judging you as harshly as you judge yourself. And that person who does judge you in passing, they've forgotten about you 5 mins later so why are you still dwelling on it 5 days later?
