Something a little different from me. An attempt at flowers in HDR. Three bracketed JPGs converted to HDR in Photomatix Pro. The flower is a Fritillaria Lutea (Crown Imperial). Fritillaria imperialis is a species of flowering plant in the lily family, native to a wide stretch from Kurdistan across the plateau of Turkey, Iraq and Iran to Afghanistan, Pakistan and the Himalayan foothills. A peaceful evening in the pond.

Mr White is the owner of Scrawlkr. They live in Limbo. Scawlkr and Mr White were doodles, originally, but my husband thought they were kind of cool, so I fleshed them out, more. Mr White is pretty much a grumpy old man of a nightmare. Scawlkr is his only friend, if you want to call him that. The red spider Lilly is what binds them together. It is the only thing -living- that grows in Mr White’s black garden.
