The Federal Disaster Response Agency (F.E.D.R.A. or FEDRA) is an American totalitarian government agency in HBO's The Last of Us. FEDRA is amalgamated with the United States military as the ruling authorities of the quarantine zones. They police the remaining uninfected population under martial law with an iron fist, fighting insurrectionist elements like the Fireflies and routinely executing lawbreakers under emergency powers granted to them during the outbreak.
