Trees in a Winter Storm Mug

It was a late winter day when the snow squall started. I had been up to our cottage but the weather turned on my return journey. While it was early afternoon, so the day was bright, the snow had transformed the sky and land into a white, opaque scene, with little detail in the distance. The gravel road was almost completely snow-covered, but the skeletal trees stood out from the white wilderness.
