Malham Tarn is a glacial lake near the village of Malham in the Yorkshire Dales, England. It is 377 metres above sea level, making it the highest lake in England. The lake is one of only eight upland alkaline lakes in Europe.

This house which rather reminds me of Gaudì's architecture is to be found in the center of Geneva, Switzerland - and it is not by Gaudì but, I guess, by someone who was influenced by him.

Teignmouth in Devon, England, has a row of very colorful beach huts, some quite old and run down like this one, which was, nevertheless rather nicely locked.

During flower shows in England there are often lots of things going on to keep families happy during their day out. One of them is ferret shows, where domesticated ferrets are made to run through tubes or to perform other little tasks before they are told to go back into their boxes. Ferrets are very agile and quick little creatures, it was difficult to capture this one in a rare moment it stood still.
