This is some intense physical therapy for someone whose connective tissue can best be described as used post it glue. There are many steps in this program and I had fallen so far back I was starting at getting ready for step one. Again. I lost. I pick myself up after some figurative foot stamping and start again this time knowing how each exercise is supposed to feel. Even starting over I was able to begin with more knowledge than before. It healed badly partially because I ran around on it chasing lizards. Ignoring pain has always been a strength of mine.
