Who has not seen or know about the ancient Chinese philosophy and its symbol, named the yin and yang, also known as the good and bad, dark and bright or positive and negative. It is contrary forces that may be complementary, interconnected and interdependent from each other in nature, while they also interrelate to each other. According to the Chinese cosmology, the universe creates itself from material energy in chaos, but at the same moment it’s organized into cycles of yin and yang that eventually formed into objects and lives. I added 12 sides around the yin-yang symbol (called a dodecagon) that symbolize the 12 Chinese zodiac signs. Each zodiac sign also has an element according to the 12-year cycle of the birth year. Cosmic Lines and Constellations

Full Moon as seen from Earth. The Moon does not produce its own light, but it can be seen because it reflects the light of the sun. The dark areas, or 'seas', are the remains of ancient plains of lava. The craters visible are the result of meteorite impacts. Earth has been similarly bombarded, but weathering has destroyed most of the evidence. The Moon's mass is unevenly distributed and Earth's gravity pulls the heavy parts more strongly than it does the lighter parts. This means that the Moon does not spin freely and that the heavier half, with its familiar 'Man in the Moon' appearance, always faces Earth.

Ultra Deep Field galaxies. Hubble Space Telescope Ultra Deep Field, the deepest view ever taken of the universe in 2004. Each dot of light is a separate galaxy. Some of these are amongst the most distant objects ever seen, over 13 billion light years away, and thus over 13 billion years old. To detect these extremely faint galaxies, the HST focused its ACS and NICMOS cameras on an apparently empty patch of sky for one million seconds. The infrared NICMOS data shows galaxies at a redshift of up to 12, which were among the first objects to form in the universe after its birth 13.7 billion years ago.

A time exposure of a solitary Perseid meteor streaking against a starry night sky over a rural landscape in the UK. The Perseids are meteors seen around 12th August each year which appear to originate from the direction of the constellation Perseus. These meteors are small dust particles from a cometary dust trail left by Comet Swift Tuttle. As the Earth passes through the stream, a large number of dust particles enter the atmosphere and burn up, creating a bright trail. At its peak, the Perseid shower has about one meteor per minute. Scientists at the University of Hawaii have examined the velocities of galaxies in unprecedented detail, showing in the process that Laniakea is much bigger than originally thought. It weighs in at 100 million billion solar masses and spans over 500 million light-years of extragalactic space. Each dot in this image is a galaxy - 100, 000 in all - each containing in turn millions to trillions of stars. The contour lines are velocity flows: they indicate the direction that galaxies are moving through the supercluster under the combined gravity of all of that matter. 1919 solar eclipse. This is a negative from a set of images, taken by the British astronomer Arthur Eddington (1882-1944), that confirmed Einstein's theory of general relativity. The stars near the Sun (marked here by horizontal lines) appeared to be slightly shifted because their light was curved by its gravitational field. This shift is only noticeable during a solar eclipse as at other times the Sun's brightness obscures the stars. IC 1848 is an open cluster of stars surrounded by a cloud of dust and gas over 150 light-years across and located about 6,500 light-years from Earth in the constellation Cassiopeia.

With a diameter nearly ten times that of the Earth it is the second largest planet in the Solar System. Its rings, which span almost 300,000 kilometres, are composed of ice and rock particles. The largest gap in the rings is the Cassini division, which separates the A (outer) and B (inner) rings. The smaller gap within the A ring is the Encke division.
