This design shows 14 gods and goddesses of ancient Greece. Besides Hades and Poseidon, Zeus and Hera are of course also represented. Do you love history, gods and mythology? Then this design with many deities of Greek mythology is just right.

Mercury, corresponding to Hermes in Greek mythology, was the son of Jupiter and Bona Dea. He was the god of travelers, thieves, commerce and medicine, as well as the personification of intelligence and speed. The god Mercury was in charge of carrying messages from one god to another. He was responsible for strokes of luck and sudden changes in life, but he was also the patron of thieves, rogues and cheats. As soon as he was born, he ran away from the cradle and stole 50 heifers from his brother Apollo.

Athena was the Greek Goddess of wisdom, courage, inspiration, civilization, law and justice, strategic warfare, mathematics, strength, strategy, the arts, and crafts. Minerva is her Roman counterpart. She was was a companion to many of the great heroes in Greek legend. She was also the patroness and protector of Athens. A perpetual virgin, she never married. In the design, she’s encircled by the Stoic virtues.

Zeus is a god of Greek mythology, the only son that cronos did not eat, thanks to that is that zeus, poseidon and hades manage to defeat his cronos father and become the dioceses of the world, replacing the titans as chronos. This design is inspired by a zeus meme that came out on a Spanish-speaking YouTube channel, from the music section called (Gutting the story)

He is quick and cunning, and moves freely between the worlds of the mortal and divine, as emissary and messenger of the gods, intercessor between mortals and the divine, and conductor of souls into the afterlife. He is protector and patron of travelers, herdsmen, thieves, orators and wit, literature and poets, athletics and sports, invention and trade. In some myths he is a trickster, and outwits other gods for his own satisfaction or the sake of humankind. Hermes is identified with the Roman god, Mercury.

My take on the green goddess Artemis, also known as Diana in roman pantheon.

Much like her Greek counterpart in Artemis, Diana was the Roman Goddess of wild animals, the hunt, young girls, and childbirth. Unlike Artemis, however, Diana was also a moon Goddess, connected with Luna in the same vein as her brother, Apollo, and his later connection to the sun. This is a classical rendition of 'Diana the Huntress', originally sculpted by Guillaume Coustou (1716-1777).

The candidate and his aged initiator are here shown standing on the brink of a chasm dividing the world of the living from that of the dead and through which stream the shades of the departed. On the farther side of the chasm Hades, the god of the underworld, sits on his golden throne surrounded by the emblems of death and attended by Cerberus, the three-headed dog, guardian of the gates of death. Above the yawning cleft hovers the figure of Ceres, carrying the two torches which lights her way through the gloom of the nether world. She pleads for the liberation of her daughter Persephone, whom Hades has abducted and would force to become his queen.
