In Dungeons & Dragons adventuring heroes not only bond through battle but also through the intimacies of travelling together. Sometimes Inn's only have one room... or one bathtub, and inhibitions must be cast aside with the dirty clothes, for the sake of the party. ;)

In the worlds of Dungeons & Dragons where heroes roam the lands looking for quests, a monster's life expectancy is low. With everyone out to get them monsters need to look out for each other and their own heroes. An oni rescuing a red dragon hatchling from the gullet of a partially submerged monster. The design is based on the game Dungeons & Dragons. The oni is a Japanese demon hence the play on words in the title 'Oni(only) the Brave Venture Here'.

In most Dungeons & Dragons campaigns the kobold has long been an underdog race of industrious but expendable workers, even with their own kind. They are makers of vicious traps and usually more clever than wise and more sneaky than brave, the kobold is rarely mourned upon its demise.
