Vikings arriving at Lindisfarne by 9BH Pin

The small island north of England, on a Tuesday, June 8, 793, the so-called Vikings, with the first recorded attack on the quiet monastery of Lindisfarne, in Northumbria, began the Viking age in the monastery founded by San Aidan. There are few data that have of that assault in terms of authors and victims, simply, the attackers arrived, massacred the monks and took away everything that had value. From there, the following was the conquest of those lands, longed for by all, rich in resources and part of paradise on earth.
