Doesn't matter what the press says. Doesn't matter what the politicians or the mobs say. Doesn't matter if the whole country decides that something wrong is something right. This nation was founded on one principle above all else: The requirement that we stand up for what we believe, no matter the odds or the consequences. When the mob and the press and the whole world tell you to move, your job is to plant yourself like a tree beside the river of truth, and tell the whole world -- "No, YOU move.”

In the mid-'70s, Omega Man and Planet of the Apes were hot sci-fi films garnering a lot of public interest, so when you're looking for a new comic book title, why not merge themes from both hit movies and give it a vampire twist? Surely it can't lose, right? Sadly, 1975's Planet of Vampires didn't cut it and only made it for three issues before the title was canceled by its publisher.

Classic 1990's comic book homage to the original back alley crime fighter!

This is a homage to one of the greatest matches in boxing history, Ali versus Liston. Mirroring it to the world of anime and cartoons only two giants comes to mind. And this is the climax.
