I edited this close up of Sweet Grass to look like a painting on purpose. I think Nature is very abstract looking when you see it for its shapes and colors.

Oleander is a beautiful ornamental shrub but can be toxic if ingested. This lovely shrub is growing right in my apartment complex next to a Palm tree, the color was too spectacular for me not to photograph.

A digitally altered version of my Alocasia After the Rain. So, those pink dots in the picture are in fact raindrops.

There was a modern building in the background in the Central Business District that looked out of place so I removed it. I also added a gradient to replace the sky and added soap bubbles. Taken on Chartres Street, French Quarter.

My neighbor is very proud of his garden, he always shows me all his herbs, vegetables and flowers he grows. His yellow roses are lovely, so I had to capture them. Yellow roses stand for warm feelings of friendship.

Two black headed gulls flying above the ferry that took me to a small island at the coast of The Netherlands.

This is actually the same palm photo I used for Feather Palm. I tried to make a pattern of it, anyway, I overlapped it and added some interesting colors to it.

A shot I took of a Palm Tree downstairs from me against the sky. In this photo, I gave it a matte editing (I took out the blacks) and added pastel colors.

Her stare is challenging the viewer, do you judge, or will you enter the woods with her? All images used are free domain.

Another photo I took from Gretna of the view of the CBD of New Orleans. This time in the smooth graphics style of a popular '90s video game. The tee shirt and sticker are done in a souvenir style.

I took this photo during the last days of summer from my iPod and digitally manipulated to look like an Impression painting. The beautiful purple butterfly was hungrily drinking from the Periwinkle flowers.

This is the alley that leads to the house that I moved into. I thought it looked somewhat romantic and a little spooky, so I added a beautiful ghostly figure. The photo of the woman is by Khusen Rustamov and it's Free Domain from Pixabay.

These adorable Mourning Dove chicks were hatched in a neighbors planter. I captured them on my iPod camera and digitally manipulated it into a colorful painting in an Autumnal palette.
